Where a booking or arrangement requires it, the minimum necessary information is shared with the relevant partner: a villa, hotel, driver, restaurant or supplier. Nothing is shared for marketing.
Every private journey and client relationship is handled with discretion, professionalism and respect for privacy. Client names and itineraries are never published without explicit permission.
Enquiries and client records are kept only as long as they are useful for the work or required for accounting.
