Luxury isn't the beautiful destination, or the expensive hotel, or the experience nobody else can get into. It's not having to think about any of it.
I've worked in hospitality on these islands long enough to know where things quietly go wrong: the transfer that was never confirmed, the table that wasn't really held, the request that got lost between three WhatsApp groups. So I hold all of it myself.
I work with private clients, couples, families and groups, and with the hospitality businesses who want their guests to leave feeling something. Both come down to the same thing: paying attention.

Everything I know about this came from doing it: hospitality, travel, and a lot of hours in front of guests. That's where the focus on detail, communication and the whole guest journey comes from. Not a course.
